Twice in one week!!!

I got back on the ole treadmill on Tuesday and jogged/walked another mile.  If I wasn't so lazy I would have done it again last night.

But I did find out that starting in February the dance studio where the girls take classes is going to starting having Zumba classes in the evenings.  I might just check that out!!

It's about time!!!!

Last night I finally got back on my treadmill.  I jogged/walked one mile in 20 minutes.  Not bad considering that I haven't done a darn thing in two weeks.

Now I've just got to keep it up!!!

Not only have I not blogged in two weeks but I haven't run either.  =(

I have seriously got to get my act together and get back on the running track.  Literally!!!!

I don't really have anything exciting to post about but I love today's date and wanted to have a post with this date on it.  So here it is!!!!

The one thing I can say is that I've gotten really lazy in my walking/running.  As you can see on the sidebar, I've only run 3 miles this month.  Sad!!!!  But my friend's been busy and I don't want to go alone and now it's super cold outside.  All great excuses in my book.  We won't mention that I have a treadmill in my house.  Sssshhhhh!!!!  Or that I have to weigh in for the "maintain/no gain" challenge on Thursday.

One exciting thing that happened today is I finally got my 2010 photo book in the mail.  I love these books and will be making one every year from now on.

Another exciting thing is that I posted a comment with a question on Mrs. G's blog and she responded with a comment on here within minutes.  Yippee!!!!!!
