What a week!!

This week was a personal best for me.  I exercised four days this week!!!

Tuesday ~ walked 1.5 miles
Wednesday ~ Zumba with Vince at TDS
Thursday ~ walked - I didn't map it out but it was at least two miles
Friday ~ 30 minute workout with a personal trainer

I've got to keep this up because the next 5k I want to run in is on March 5th.  That's just three weeks away and I haven't run at all since December.  YIKES!!!!
