Saturday ~ ran the Goodwill 5k - 42:15 - my worst time EVER!!
Thursday & Friday ~ days off
Wednesday ~ worked out with personal trainer
Tuesday ~ did the "homework" board at the gym
Monday - day off
I have definitely got to start back to running more often. I started the Couch to 5k six months ago and if I had stuck with it I would be running much faster and for longer of periods of time. With the weather starting to finally warm up, I know I'll be more motivated to get outside and run more often. Plus doing one 5k a month will also motivate me to improve my times.
